U4320Q, DDM, audio control via command line
DDM (Dell Display Manager) can handle most of the controls on the U4320Q. However, there is one major thing missing from the application, that being that you can not control the audio settings for the U4320Q from DDM. It would be nice to be able to change the audio volume, as well as the audio source directly from the DDM application.

You can control audio volume on the U4320Q from DDM, but only by using the command line.
ddm.exe /SetControl 62 nn
Where nn is a hex value between 0 and 64 (100 dec)
or
ddm.exe /IncControl 62 x
ddm.exe /DecControl 62 x
Where x is a decimal value to increase/decrease the current value of audio volume. Link the last two command strings to Windows shortcuts and you have system wide hotkeys that adjust volume up and down.

That's a good solution for volume. But what about changing the input source?
This is a monitor that has 4 inputs that can be displayed at once. I need a way to quickly switch the audio sources.
Also, how would I make a shortcut out of that? I tried:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Dell Display Manager\ddm.exe" /IncControl 62 5
But it doesn't work.

I don't knopw about changing the audio source, but I tried your command-line example and it worked as expected - volume increased from 50% to 55% according to the OSD. Try sending it from a CMD window or the Windows Run dialog box.

Do you know what VCP controls the PIP/PBP mode?
Or what the VCP codes are not the various sources? Instead of just source 1.
