U3821DW, replace LCD panel, curve foam mould jig

i see in the tear down instructions for the dell u3821dw they speak of a foam mould "U3818DW curve sponge jig", i would like to know where i could buy or source one of these. i am needing to replace the panel on my u3821dw and need a something to place it on safely, in the tear down instructions it shows a sponge mould that is built for this as quoted in the document  "U3818DW curve sponge jig" and i would like to know where i can purchase one or get access to one? could you put my on to the supplier? i would use the foam in the box but have lost it.
