U2419H, stuck dark pixel, uniformity, bleeding

I've bought U2419H for 2 months ago, and have been disappointed with it. Because of mine have bad LCD uniformity bleeding from edge of screen spread out almost to middle screen. When I tried to claim warranty which they have for 3 years the support services, they told me to do the Built-in Diagnostics on my screen and take pictures on white, red, green, blue, and black color. And when I did that, I found stuck pixel or I can say its dark pixel around 3 pixel I guess (2 mm maybe). And they only says It can't get replacement because of the stuck pixel isn't much then 6 pixel or more.

I just bought Dell because I've used for entire times in my office around 4 or more years (U2515H) and have no issues with that. My office buy more than 50 LCD monitor and I checked every of them no stuck pixel found and only found LCD bleeding each of its. So I'm very disappointed bought Dell LCD because I thought the price is more pricey than LCD which I listed before buy and want to get the perfect LCD for my work at home

LCD bleeding is normal

how self diagnostic

Dead Pixel, dark pixel, bright pixel information

I get those link directly from Dell Support by email and I upload it here my case to tell the truth.

Ok, messages has been sent

Hope it really can help me..

But still, I wonder is it can be helped..

Was realy dissapointed with Delll service in my country which tell it can't be claim warranty

And the most frustated me is when I asking about lcd bleeding they say its normal and when I noticed the dark/ death pixel they say it can't be helped because of out of warranty because of death pixel in my lcd is less than 6 and "U" series doesn't have death pixel warranty and only saying tell/ notify them later if the death pixel spread/ bigger

From my point view they tried to dodge my issue and won't let me claim warranty about issues which I has tell them

Hi Kander91,

Thanks for posting and for sending your service tag information.

According to the Dell monitor policy, what you've been told is within policy.

LCD Display Pixel Guidelines

Backlight or Color/Tint uniformity policy

Unfortunately, there is nothing more that Dell can do. If you have additional issues outside of the ones pertaining to what we cannot support, please post back.
