U2410: I need a little help about the image quality

This is an image I photographed on my U2410. If you see where the arrow indicates, you can view that there are some marks between the colors instead of colour gradations. I tried to optimize all parameters, but this problem persists. What can I do to solve this graphic inconvenience, please? Below all my computer data, if it can be helpful to solve my problem: motherboard Supermicro H8DC8 with dual AMD Opteron 285 dual core, 8 gigabytes RAM, 8 hard disks: 2 IDE, 2 SATA and 4 Ultra320SCSI; graphic card: nVidia Quadro FX3800, soundcard: RME HDSP9632; OS: Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.

Many thanks in advance to the people that'll help me.

It looks like the JPG image is being stretched to fill up the screen, hence what you are seeing?

This is only a photo I done with my Lumix to view what is the problem, is not like a "screen capture".

The problem is the colour gradation: if you see the one that the arrow indicates, instead of color gradations you can see the well defined borders of every tonality. My problem is what can I do to adjust this little defect to have homogeneous color gradations.
