S3422DWG, goes black for a few seconds

Hi, I bought the Dell S3422DWG last week and I have been facing a problem. sometimes when I am using the monitor it would go black for 2 seconds. I have tried all the possible problems like the cable or insufficient power and installed the monitor firmware update and more. I have seen a lot of people are experiencing this issue. Also I noticed yesterday that when enabling free sync premium pro there is flickering happening even though I had free sync enabled from the time I got the monitor and didnt see any flickering untill yesterday. Another thing is that when enabling HDR the colors are washed and when looking at certain colors from a different viewing angle it would be different like the red will look orange. without HDR everyrthing is fine, I saw that people changes gamma and saturation and stuff to fix rthe washed colors but I dont know how I dont know if they do it through nividia control panel because I have an AMD radeon rx5700xt. I hope to have solutions, I have it for a week only and I am happy with it but these things make the experience unenjoyable.
