Resolution for U2715H maxed out at 2048 x1152
I have an Nvidia card GeForce GT 520 (http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-520/specifications) which is supposed to support up to 2560x1600.
I'm connecting to my U2715H monitor using an HDMI 2.0 cable (the packaging says it supports UltraHD/4K). My OS is Windows 8.1.
The OSD says Maximum is 2560 x 1440 @60Hz, however in the Windows Control Panel, the highest resolution listed is 2048 x1152.
Any ideas how to fix this?

The cable should be backward compatible. Check out its manufacturer page for clarification. No, I meant the video card driver.

All four must be HDMI 1.4 to get 2560x1600 60Hz. The monitor is 1.4, so that leaves either the cable, the port on the video card, or the driver.

Thanks Chris. two follow-up questions:
1- Does the cable need to be HDMI 1.4? I thought HDMI 2.0 is backwards compatible
2- When you say the driver, you mean the video driver? (I downloaded the monitor driver from here: www.dell.com/.../DriversDetails)
