P3424WE, press CTRL three times, KVM disconnects devices, #2

Hello,

I have the same issue like this guy. The result was to connect with your support to get a fix for the monitor?

My monitors P3424WE <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> KVM disconnects the USB Devices after pressing 3x CTRL while using the Unreal Engine.

We have currently over 10 monitors in our work with the same error. Please give us a fix for that problem.

If you read that post, the last updated info was from Dell Community Manager advising to obtain the firmware directly from Dell Support. Until Dell releases the new firmware to the public, I copy the information to below again as it may help others following your thread.

All P3424WE users with this Ctrl issue should now contact the GHN (Get Help Now) Technical Support agents by clicking the blue button on right. Provide to them your private P3424WE Service Tag number and this specific issue. Ask them for the i-rev firmware update. You will need to sign the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
