U4025QW, how do I lower the height?

This is probably going to sound like a stupid question but can the height be lowered with the stock stand that comes with the U4025QW? I received it and it looks like its all the way up, and it looks like it does adjust, but I don't see any lock release button like I have seen on other monitors? I am just afraid to push too hard or the wrong way on it and break something. I checked the manual and it doesn't seem to indicate the proper way to do it, if it is possible. Sorry again for something that probably seems obvious, but I don't want to break anything.
