Dell M783s problem

I bought a brand new dell M783s moniter from online auction site www.trademe.co.nz, and it goes well except for brown lines that come up on the right of the screen occasionally. Just wondering if there is any fix for this. Thanks.

Exact same problem here. Setting resolution to 1024x768 and 85Hz seems to help, but I am not confident that the changes will be permanent. Hopefully support will respond to our situation.

Hi!

I'm also having the exact same problem....

I try switching it to another computer to see if that were going off and it's go off for a day or two and now the bars are back....

Hopping that someone from the support pass by here to bring informations...
