AW3423DWF: Panel Refresh with Auto Warning Message Disabled

I have disabled the Auto Warning Message in the OLED panel maintenance settings for the AW3423DWF. When I reach 1500 hours of accumulated use, will I receive a warning message and/or any indication that a Panel Refresh needs to be performed? The only indication I saw in the manual is that the panel health dot will be red when a Panel Refresh needs to be performed, but this is also true when the panel hasn't done a pixel refresh after 20 hours of accumulated use.

The manual says that it will automatically start when the panel has reached 1500 hours of accumulated use. Would this start once the monitor is in standby mode or the moment it reaches this amount of use?
