XPS 13 7390 Flickering screen on Ubuntu

Some days ago Dell changed the motherboard on my XPS 13 7390 and since then I had a flickering screen. I've tried to use the recovery image from dell and the issue isn't fixed. I've added many different flags on grub GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash i915.enable_dc=0 intel_idle.max_cstate=2 i915.enable_psr=0". And nothing changes. The only flag that works is nomodeset but this isn't a good solution because then I cannot use external monitor. 

I've seen many threads on dell community forum that mark the issue as solved but it isn't and I cannot find any official message from Dell. [link]

Any idea/solution?
