Virtualization issue occurred when i am boot from red hat bootable portable hard.

My DELL laptop is inspiron 5559 i was try to boot it using bootable hard, the bootable hard is boot with redhat 7 when i plug it through usb it will stuck and display the error. the below figure shows the error please give me a solution to solve this.
