Thunderbolt missing second screen (Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7610)

I connect my Dell Inspiron 16 Plus (7610) with Nvidia RTX to a "proper" Thunderbolt docking station.

One screen gets detected, the second screen is not detected.

I suspect a Dell BIOS problem, because this setup works fine with, e.g., a Dell XPS 13 9360.
