Changing operating system from Ubuntu to Windows

I have a DELL laptop that was installed with Ubuntu but I want to uninstall this operating system completely from the laptop and install Windows. From what I've read I need to make a dual-profile, but I don't want Ubuntu at all. Is this possible? If yes, please explain how I can make this work if I don't have a USB but do have a Windows account in which I can add another profile.
