Arch Linux wont boot on Dell Optiplex 7040

Hi! i tried to install arch linux. and i cant boot into it. Idk if i have to turn off RAID driver or something.

But arch linux is only distro that doesnt allow me to boot. It might be because of Bios settings. I use the default one by dell. There isnt issue with installing Arch Linux but probably with the bios settings. I use bios to just install from usb os.
