Webcam camera randomly displaying black dot

Went to join a video call today just to see that my webcam output displayed a random black dot on the screen. I can't seem to find any information or solutions on this online. My camera was working perfectly fine just a few days ago. There is also no physical damage or scratches.

-Tried restarting computer

-Tried updating drivers

-Tried cleaning camera

-Black dot not a part of actual screen

-Black dot vanishes when zooming in
