wd22tb4 Air ventilation issue --- Don't buy this equipment for such a price

when I use the wd22tb4 with my xps15 9510 and two monitors, there is an annoying noise from the dock. There is always venting. If it is really necessary, I would prefer the frequency to remain constant. This is - whether necessary or not - a question of electronics. The parameters of the temperature deviation calculation term are incorrect. In this case, a jitter in the temperature signal leads to an increase in ventilation. A more integrative factor would stabilize this. Or if it is an analog solution, more electrolytic capacitance must be used in the input of the amplifier.

By the way, closing the air inputs and outputs does not result in any different behavior. If there was a need for cooling, less ventilation would increase the temperature and the sound would also have to increase. In this way, nothing happens.
=> So my conclusion is: Under normal circumstances, the ventilation could also be switched off.
