USB4 Type C device mode and alternate modes.

I have a Dell Latitude 3420 with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. I can see the option "Disable USB4 PCIe tunneling" disabled in the firmware setup, and the USB-C port has a DisplayPort logo on it. My question is, can I use the USB4 port to make the computer appear as a device on another Type-C computer (Linux "Gadget Mode") or use MTP (Media Transfer Protocol)?
