Touch screen function? Dell Latitude 7410 i7-10610U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz

Hello. I would like to know if my pc DELL LATITUDE 7410 has the touch screen function as it seems to have the function:

"Pen and Touch, in Control Panel: Pen and touch function compatibility with 20 touch points". (PrintScreen 1)

"HID-compatible touch screen, in Device Manager: This device works correctly" (PrintScreen 2)

However, I'm not sure. When you touch the screen, there is no response from the machine (touch doesn´t work).

  1. Is there any way to make the screen work in a touch-sensitive manner (other than by airbar)?

  2. Could any stylus work?

  3. If there is no way the touch works because it says "works correctly".

  4. If the touch screen does not work, what is meant by "20-point touch pen and touch function" and "HID-compatible touch screen: This device works correctly"?

PD:

Are there several versions of this PC model or one that has the touch screen function as standard?

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!!!

There were different configurations of Latitude 7410 with and without touch screen being offered.  You can use your system service tag to check on Dell support site for device configurations.
