New (used) motherboard, keyboard not working
Latitude E5570
So, I was kinda given an E5570 in excellent shape but mostly stripped (no battery, RAM, HD)
I got a new battery, 8GB ram, and an SSD that came out of an E5470. However, the laptop had a no-power issue, so I purchased another motherboard,. It boots up, WIndows starts, it updated for the new hardware, and everything works - except for the keyboard. The backlights are on and remain on as long as the laptop is turned on. Using an external USB keyboard works just fine.
The 9R5 shell has a backlit keyboard, but it appears the 9F1 was created with a non-backlit keyboard.
So it is a bad keyboard? Bad motherboard? Or is it a software issue? Do I need to update the bios?
Also, when looking at the Device Manager, I have 7 Unknown Devices. Can I just delete those?
Thank you.

Well, I reseated the keyboard cables, and now it works.
