new Dell 9430, Win11, Audio (audiodg.exe) crashes using Microsoft Teams

Latitude 9430

Latitude 9430

have seen a few post's about kind of similar problems.

Using Microsoft Teams locally installed kills audiodg.exe
same happends, if using Mcrosoft Teams in a virtual environment, optimized with with Citrix

tried Realtek Sound Driver version 10.0.66.182 and 10.0.66.187
tried all 3 Intel Smart Sound Tech drivers 10.29.0.7082, 10.29.0.7687 and 10.29.0.7799

There are no new drivers on particular Dell support site for this registered system.
tried to disable all Intel Smart Sound devices, without success.

Laptop is brand new, BIOS is updated to latest version. Windows 11 is updated to latest version, including optional options enabled inside Update settings.

Any news on this cause, or we need to find a working solution with try and error.

Thanks and remain
Thorsten

ok

now it looks good to me, can see no more crashes from audiodg.exe, hdxrealtime.exe and sound is ok.
the following setup looks promising:

device manager
all 3 Intel Smart Sound have driver 10.29.0.7799
Realtek is on 10.0.66.182
Intel Iris driver is on 30.0.101.1994

Teams Version runs on 1.5.00.17656
audiodg.exe is version 10.0.22621.290

thx anyway
regards
Thorsten

Was this really solved?  I'm having the same issue, only on new Dell Optiplexs

Same issue here on a Latitude 5330. Specifically when in an audio conference with Teams.

Same issue here with VOIP softphone provider. Latitude 5530 new, have about 30 with this issue. Updated realtek audio to 6.0.9472, works for a while then quits. Eventlog error shows app crash audiodg.exe - Version 10.0.22621
