My Latitude 7480 isn't turning on, shows 2 amber and 5 white LED

This is a memory error.  Start by unplugging the system, disconnecting the battery and holding the power button for 30 sec.

Then remove and reinstall the memory module(s) - and try powering up again.

What if reinstalling the memory doesn't work? I'm getting the same error.

If you have two modules, try each module in each socket by itself.  If one modules halts POST in both sockets, replace it.  If both modules fail in one socket, or neither module will work in either socket -- replace the system board.
