Latitude e6410: problem reinstalling Windows 7

I recently got a new hard drive for my Dell Latitude e6410, but the product key is not included with the laptop when I got it nor is the installation disk itself. Is there any way to reinstall Windows 7 with all the necessary drivers for the computer itself? I'm having a lot of trouble with this and I'm at the end of my rope in trying to figure this out. Does anybody have any suggestions?

The product key is on a label under the battery (assuming it shipped from Dell with Windows 7).

The reinstall procedure is here:

https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000125616/restore-factory-reset-or-reinstall-windows-7-on-your-dell-computer

Note:  Windows 7 went end of life in January, 2020 -- no further security updates since that time.  It's a risky OS to use online at this point; Windows 10 is a better idea.

Welcome to the Dell Community @Kyleboy21

My suggestion would be to download and install W10.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Your COA should be under the battery and it can still be used to activate W10. "Tested last week."

I have an E6410 as my backup laptop should my HP fail!!!

W10 installed with no problems.

But what about the drivers that came with Latitude e6410? Will they work?

@Kyleboy21

Sorry for the delay.

I had not turned it on for sometime and it was doing updates W10 [20H2]

All devices have drivers.

Most W10 drivers will install automatically.

If not you may need to use some W7 drivers from your Driver Support page.

https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/latitude-e6410/drivers

One W7 driver you will need.

ST Microelectronics Free Fall Sensor Driver:

Most of the drivers will be found in Windows 10.

If they are not, just connect to your router via Ethernet cable and the drivers will download.
