Latitude 7330 Peeling paint and keys falling apart (1 year only)

I have had my laprtop (Dell Latitude 7330) around 1 year and the keys have started to lose their paint work. 

Dell has replaced the system's keyboards that we have submitted to them under warranty.

But Dell service considered general damage due to usage. Unfortunately, this issue cannot be covered under the product’s current warranty entitlement. 

Dell service told me the keyboard paint peel off, it is a wear and tear, not covered under warranty. 

Who will buy a laptop and wear and tear in one year?

Dell is Not Dell anymore.

Don‘t Buy it！

Even 3 years warranty cannot help anything...
