IMPOSSIBLE to boot from a windows USB bootable key, pc shipped with linux.

I just got a DELL G15 5510 with an rtx 3060 and an I7 10th gen with ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS.

I'm trying to install windows with an bootable usb device and it wont work, here's what I tried :

Windows media creation tool

Rufus

Ventoy

Woeusb

Each with windows 8, 10,11 iso from official website, GPT and MBR format, NFTS FAT32 exfat (basically every combination possible with those softwares).

The Usb 16 gb is booting on an other laptop but I also tried with a 1 Tb external HDD.

Bios :

Disabling secure boot, enabling usb boot, Bios is only UEFI no legacy.

I ran every dell tools, Bios recovery, OS recovery, the test to see if hardware works fine.

I made sure that the bios is up to date.

I tried changing the boot order, I tried to make a custom boot with the path to the windows EFI on my usb.

Every time I boot from USB nothing happen, The DELL logo appears first, then a loading circle appears underneath and it stays like until I power off the pc.

The best i got is a blue screen after waiting a long time and then the pc restarted.

Else, ubuntu works like normal, some message appear saying ACPI bios error at start and then it launch, I saw people saying that it wasn't a big deal on internet so I mention it but I don't think It cames from this.

I do not understand what I'm missing and I'll be very grateful if someone could explain to me how to get out of this.

A big thank you to everyone who would make the effort to answer this even if it is not resolving my problem.

Sorry for the english faults, I am french.

P.S: I also tried partitioning my ssd with NTFS and unallocated part : same result.

I changed ssd with a brand new one, and with one with windows onlready on it : same result.

I have 2 M.2 port, i tried both with each ssd.
