Docking station driver

My laptop is Latitude 5531 and I connect the Anker 13-in-1 Thunderbolt 3 docking station (model: A8396)

Some driver is need to be update. but because of the company policy, automatic update is blocked.

IT of company said that I need to get install file of driver to install manually.

I contact the Anker at first but they didn't provide driver. They just said that please contact company of your laptop.

Is there any link to download the install file of driver(PCI Express Upstream Switch Port or PCI to PCI  Bridge)?
