Dell Latitude E7470 Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Fail)

Hi,

My Dell Latitude E7470 - 

Windows 10 Pro version 20H2

I facing this problem lately and I notice it when I open Device Manager to check why LAN port not detected when the cable plugged.

I notice the Universal Serial Bus Controllers keep refreshing and I saw there is a yellow triangle says "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). For info, there no USB device plugged to my laptop.

On Detail Tab it says:

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

Uninstall the device also unsuccess. It gone for a second but it appear and keep refresh) 

I already do all method of scanning and quick fix but till now still not resolve this issue.

No virus, all driver and software up to date and scan by online Dell.

I give up and got headache because of thinking how to resolve this issue. I attach the screenshot for better understanding the issue. And I hope DELL Technical able to solve this issue.
