Dell Latitude 5500 no Bluetooth

Hi,

I just got my Dell Latitude 5500 and was trying to pair my Bluetooth headset but it seems like this device doesn't have a Bluetooth capability but on the spec sheets, it says it has Bluetooth 5.0.

I have already checked the device manager and there is no bluetooth. Does this device really doesn't have bluetooth? If none, can I install a bluetooth card inside it?

I downloaded the driver and I tried repairing it, but I got Fatal error during installation.

Thank you,

Verify the model of your wireless card to confirm that you have bluetooth hardware.  If it does, you can enter your system service tag into Dell support site (do not post private info on this public board) and check to see if motherboard bluetooth option was factory disabled.  If it was, the bluetooth function on your wireless card will not work even with proper driver.

USB bluetooth dongle will work as alternative.
