Awful product, worse customer service
Yesterday my Dell latitude 5512 arrived.
The laptop has problems booting and goes into recovery mode everytime I turn it on.
I called customer service and they gave me instructions which I followed. None of them worked.
Then they sent me an email with the same instructions, again it did not work. I responded the email and they haven't even answered.
I am appalled that this company is not even capable of providing a laptop that boots correctly. This product is completely useless (and not cheap).
Customer service is just as negligent. Slow, inefficient and bureaucratic.
On top of everything, this has wasted a considerable amount of time, none of which I'm being compensated or getting back.

There is no Latitude 5512. There is a 5521, but it's a 2021 model so either it is a used system or very old stock.
Return the system to the seller for a refund if you're not happy with it.
