Wrong Video Memory size detected in the BIOS.

The main reason why the motherboard was replaced was because the onboard card reader SD Card reader did not detect the memory stick. Since I had dell replaced the motherboard I had this issue with the Video card memory. I had my motherboard and video card replaced twice and I am still having this issue.

I am not sure why in the BIOS the ATI X300 video Card is only showing 32MB and in Windows XP Pro with SP2 installed it is showing 64MB. I believe I had the original motherboard the video card was saying 64MB. Also in the BIOS the video screen is showing SXGA+ and I have the 15.4WSXGA+ but they did not replace the LCD screen. I flashed the BIOS from A08 to A09 and also downloaded from dells website the video drivers for the ATI X300 that did not work. Is there anyone else having this issue or now the fix please let me know?  I had the laptop about 10 month and still have a 3yr warranty on the laptop. Thank you for your help.

The card uses ATI Hypermemory. 32M is onboard the card, and 32M is system RAM.
