Wireless Headphones

I'm looking for a good pair for my TV or notebook ...  preferably I'd like something that had a passthrough port on the base so I could simply put it between my source and my current speakers --> something that would mute the speakers when turned on via the headphones and would otherwise allow the speakers to run without switching wires.  Anyone know anything like this?
