Wireless card and lan card not working. Help !!!!
My dell inspiron 5420 has come with and issue that , wireless card and lan card is not working. I had installed all the network drivers from official driver website of dell for my model but not working at all .but bluetooth is working .. Also network adpater is not showing on device manager..
So my question is, is my wireless card and lan card is damaged( hardware damaged ) . Or how can i check if my wireless card and lan card is working properly with no any hardware issue no hardware issue..
Any solution to my problem??

Hi,
The LAN card and wireless card are two separate physical components so the likelihood of them both being damaged at the same time is highly doubtful.
Here is a link to the Dell Network and Wireless Support Center. Check out the articles and troubleshooting steps on that page. Chances are you'll simply need to delete your current network connections in Windows and then allow Windows to reconnect to your wireless or wired network.
Once you've tried out the steps in the support center please come back and let us know if you're able to resolve your issues or not.

Tap [Fn] and [F2] or just [f2] depending on your function keys configuration. Do you see any changes in the device manager?
