Problem when I start the laptop: protected by a password authentication system
Hi Dears, plz I need your help,
I have a problem when starts the laptop , the following message displayed :
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
this computer system. #<ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>, is protected by a password authentication system.
you cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password.
plase type in the system or administrator password and press
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My laptop is Inspiron 1545 ... what should I do?

You must call Dell support, verify that you are the registered owner of the system, and they will issue you a system-specific master password.
If you are out of warranty there is a support-call charge.

my laptop is out of warranty five months ago.
but I tried to send them an email , and I do not able to do so because the laptop is selled out of US.
There isn't Dell Support here!!!!
is there any other choices??

If you are the registered owner, you must call Dell USA (assuming it was sold in the US). If you're not the registered owner, you must have the one who is, transfer ownership into your name. The other option: replace the system board.
