No Startup- Inspiron 1501 - Num Lock OFF, Caps Lock ON, Scroll Lock Blinking
Dear support,
My dell laptop can't turn on. When I press power button, there have no activity. I see Num lock LED is OFF, Caps Lock LED is ON and Scroll lock is always blinking. LCD screen not display anything.
Here is the screenshot of my LED blinking.
1. I dissemble my laptop and remove unnecessary components and cable. I have tested and connected only with Motherboard , CPU and RAM.
2. I tried to replace with new RAM. But it can't solve problem.
3. I tried to remove Battery, only AC power can't solve problem.
4. I tried to replace new CMOS battery. But it can't.
Please help me urgent. Thanks you.

Thank you for performing all the trouble shooting steps. Since the issue is persisting even after all these trouble shooting steps, I suspect the motherboard is faulty.
