No Power to Docking station unless laptop is docked and power supply is disconnected from dock
I have a Latitude E4300 and recently replaced the hard drive and went from Windows XP to Windows 7. When I docked my laptop it will not boot up unless the power supply to the docking station is UNPLUGGED! When I plug the power cord into the docking station it shuts it off, the computer is still on, but won't show up on the monitor. Everything was working fine before. The power cord is the original and works when plugged directly into the laptop. Docking station is Model # PRO2X.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for accepting my friend request. I have sent you a private message to get the service tag of the notebook. When you installed Windows 7 do you remember what drivers was installed?
