No Hard drive detected
Hello Sir
Real tek PCI: PXE-E61: MEDIA TEST FAILURE, CHECK CABLE, PXE-MOF: EXITING PXE ROM. REBBOT AND SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE OR INSERT BOOT MEDIA IN SELECTED BOOT DEVICE
I was facing the above problem and have tried everything that you mentioned. Next day again the same problem persisted and I repeated the steps you had mentioned.
After running Diagnostics it mentioned no problem...all tests passed
Now I get the message No Hard Drive detected
After running Diagnostics again Windows starts.

Unplug the system, remove the battery (or disconnect it) and remove and reinstall the hard drive (if you need instructions, we'll need to know the full model number - i.e., Inspiron 5521, etc.).
If the drive isn't seen thereafter, it's toast and will need to be replaced.
If it is seen, run another diagnostic on the drive - this time a full diagnostic (takes a couple of hours).

There is a video here that shows how to access the drive.

Given the amount of disassembly required, you may want to have a new 2.5" 9.5 or 7 mm drive ready to go - it's not easy to get to the hard drive and it's close to certain yours has failed and will need replacement.
You will also need the recovery media you made when you received the system (or if you did not, you will need to contact Dell to purchase that now).
