No Audio from laptop internal Speakers
I have Dell inspiron N4010 in which i facing problem regarding Sound. No sound coming from my laptop's internal speakers While Sound also properly in Headphone and External Speaker,No any problem with headphone and External Speaker. During Hardware testing ( Dell diagnostics enable pressing F12 during booting [PSA or ePSA] ) test sounds coming from speakers correctly. All H/W regarding audio working properly.
I try with various media players but problem is remain. Driver regarding audio is up to date.
System running on Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit edition.Audio Driver version which is installed is Realtek High Definition Audio Driver 6.0.1.6088 (R272187).
Somebody Recommend me -The "Speakers" should be set as Default Playback Device So Speakers already default device in playback.

I did not think that the Inspiron 14R N4010 had a jack board, but I just found this part at the parts-people (they specialize in Dell parts).

Call the parts-people with any questions you have about that part.
See Section V of the Headphone Jack FAQ. You can try workarounds 3, 4, and 5 and see if anything there works for you.

Hello. From the symptoms you described your laptop has a faulty impedance sensing mechanism. For the full details of this issue please read about sense pin failure in the 1st section of the Headphone Jack FAQ.
Section 5 (Workarounds) might or might not be helpful to you.

According to your Instruction i apply the workarounds 3 from section V of headphone jack FAQ. and get back audio out from the speakers and headphones at the same time. For solving this problem Visit the following link
http://schindlerweb.net/index.php/2010/01/17/no-sound-from-headphone-jack-for-realtek-audio-hd/
According to this blog i make .reg file by copying code from the web and put into a notepad file , save as .reg file ,add successfully in registry editor and save into a specific folder on desktop. Also this way creates the .BAT file and save this code also on desktop and save the "devcon.exe" utility on desktop and extract on the same folder where the .reg and .bat file save. but i don't understand what should i do after this.
The default path of devcon.exe is "C:\Users\dell\AppData\Local\Temp" (change path manually)

I pasted in workaround #3 from forum member ianmcduck. I don't have any additional information about it. The instructions say you have to make 2 separate batch files and then toggle between them to turn the speakers on and off. And you have to include the DevCon utility.
If workaround #3 does not work out for you, perhaps #4 or 5 will.
Please keep me informed. Thanks.

I am sorry but I do not have any additional information about workaround #3. I don't know why you are supposed to include DevCon, but from the instructions it does not seem to me that you utilize it. It looks like the batch files automatically use it. I don't know.
Cannot you turn off your speakers by
Regedit -> search for ForceDisableJD -> change the 01 to 00, and reboot?
