Necesito una laptop que tenga puerto serial de linea.
Dell me pordria ofrecer una?? O alguna opción.

Es una opcion pero no muchas veces sirve para las aplicaciones, ejemplo conectarte con un servostart, es mas seguro conectarte con un puerto com serial que venga integrado a la laptop.

You're out of luck with just about anything new - you'll need to look for an older model (used). Serial ports are a thing of the past with notebooks.
You MAY be able to buy a notebook with an express card socket (external) and add an Express Card adapter:

You could buy the Latitude E5530 along with the Dell E-Port Plus Advanced Port Replicator which does have serial port http://accessories.dell.com/sna/PopupProductDetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&cs=04&sku=331-6304&price=149.99&client=config
