My laptop has some serious problems.

I'm just going to list everything here. Basically, what I need are instructions on how to fix these hardware-based problems, since the laptop's warranty are already expired, and I'll be sending the laptop to a local technician --- in which, I have my doubts. And that's why I am asking for instructions on how to fix these problems.

Laptop: Dell Inspiron 15R N5510 (Early 2011)

Problems:
Keyboard Problem (certain keys not working)
Hard Drive (very very VERY slow, and it also makes a buzzing sound)
Cooling (laptop becomes VERY hot within a short period of time)
Laptop Lid/Cover (got broken, it now comes off the laptop often without someone even touching it)
Power Buttons (the Off-display button does not turn off the display)
Webcam (The included Dell software does not detect the integrated cam anymore, saying it's unplugged. It worked before, don't know why it doesn't now)
Screen (It has some smudges, I have tried everything to remove it but it just won't come off)
Internal Network Adapter (After boot, it takes some time before the laptop connects to the internet -- WiFi -- even if the laptop is just beside the WiFi Router)

I'll just come back here to see if I have forgotten to mention any other problems. Thanks

It sounds like it has had a hard life for the past four years - if there's that much wrong with it, best strategy is replacement, not repair.

You probably won't get any more than 3-4 years out of any notebook that's used extensively, but if gaming at any level is a goal, stay away from anything under $900 -- truly capable gaming systems are $1,000-1500+.

Is there any other better laptops for replacement, in the same price? It will be mainly used for gaming and web browsing.

I am not going to game on my laptop intensively. I will game on my laptop, but it's just "mild" gaming ... if that makes sense. Lowering the settings all to the minimum is fine, as long as the game is playable. Any budget laptops will do, as long as it has Nvidia GPU in it. AMD GPU's are cheaper, true, but they do get hotter -- something I do not want for my laptop.

I am looking at Acer Aspire E5-571G-38VF, which is just under 500$ and seems very capable. I still need to do some research though, anyways, thanks :)
