my dell inspiron won't start up

Good day,

So i have a Dell inspiron 15 7000 gaming laptop. It won't start up at all. (yes the battery has charge in it)When i click my power button the white led on the button lights up for like 0.5-1sec then closes after.

it won't startup on battery and won't starup while it is connected to the cord. i laso tried disconnecting the cord and battery and hold the power button for like a minute then tried starting the laptop up on cord only and battery and after both.

still the same problem happens led on power button lights up for like 0.5-1 sec then closes after and nothing happens.

extra info

-i don't think the problem is my charger when i connect it to the power output the charger lights up and when i connect it to my laptop the charger stays lit up also then a light starts to light up infront of my laptop.

Unplug the system, remove the base cover, disconnect the battery and hold the power button for 30 sec.  Remove and reinstall both memory modules and the hard drive.  Leave the battery disconnected and try powering up  - if it will without but not with the battery connected, the battery is bad.

If it still won't power up thereafter, the mainboard is bad.

i tried it, no luck :/ i also tried dissassembling the hard drive and m.2 ssd and memory modules and tried starting it that way, same thing happens, led goes on for 0.5-1 sec and nothing happens, so the problem might be the motherboard then?

If resetting the system (disconnecting the battery) didn't help -- yes, the mainboard is bad.
