My computer doesn't have the SD Card reader drive.
My Dell Inspiron 1545 doesn't have the SD reader installed, and I would like to know if anybody can give me a link to where I can dowload it, or otherwise how to get it. Thanks.

It's still not recognizing the SD Card. What else could be the problem?

The link I gave for the Realtek Card Reader drive is for Windows XP. If you are using a different version of Windows you need to go here: www.dell.com/.../19
Select your operating system version, then scroll down and select the Realtek Card Reader driver under Chipset.
To determine your operating system version, press the Windows key to the left of your space bar and the Pause/Break key above the backspace key. Press them both at the same time and release. Note your Operating system and whether or not it is 32-bit or 64-bit. Be sure that is the version you select on the download page. Follow the installation instructions given for the download.
