Missing Rupee and Euro symbols

Hi , 

    I have bought inspiron 15R Turbo 7520. When i buy this laptop there were two signs rupee and euro sign on 4 and 5 num keys respectively. But due to some reasons i have replaced this keyboard in POW. I got new keyboard from dell but there are two signs are missing . I need Rupee sign for my work and i'm unable to get that sign . Dell gave me the old keyboard(That is fraud with trust) on POW . What should i do now ? My service tag is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy> .
