LATITUDE E5410 - The Audio Service Not Running
Hi all,
My OS is Windows 10
i've loaded the Bios-Upgrade File "E5510A11.EXE" but it decides to exit with the message
"You must upgrade to A10 before flashing to this BIOS"
I think, I need to upgrade the BIOS to Version A10 first, but I can't find a file to do that...
Any ideas?

However, you might be able to fix Audio issue by using the troubleshooting tool on the system. Please type Troubleshooting Control Panel onto [Cortana] search box, click on 'View All', and then Audio. Run other tools as mark in image below.

I'd suggest you wait later to update latest BIOS version on the system. Furthermore, updating the BIOS might not resolve the Audio problem in windows 10. Please, keep in mind, Dell doesn't list any windows 10 drivers for your system. Click on link below and see for yourself.
