Hi.
I have a Latitude 7350.
There is a red line on screen left side.
I connected the other monitor.
The monitor doesn't have red line.
Can I fix it myself?

The only way to fix this is to replace the screen -- if you're under warranty, call Dell for a warranty repair. if not, you can replace the display yourself, or have Dell or another computer shop do the job.

This seems to be an issue with the LCD.
Please restart the computer & tap F2 to get into bios & check if the line is visible there.
If the system is under warranty, we can assist you in replacing the LCD under warranty.
