Inspiron 17R laptop, windows 8, Grey screen on start up will not boot
I have an Inspiron 17R laptop, purchased in Jan 2013 that will not boot. It powers on, briefly shows the Dell screen, then the screen goes to grey. I have run the hardware diagnostics and it shows no problems or error messages.
Help?

Welcome to the Community,
There few different Inspiron 17R system models.Example 17R 5720 or 17R N7110.
If you have a Inspiron 17R SE 7720 then you may try the steps given in this link below to fix this problem:

Its a Inspiron 17R SE 7720. I read through the link info, windows 8 was preloaded on this, where would I get a Windows 8 OS Media or Windows 8 USB key or Direct USB Key?
