Inspiron 13 5368 2-in-1 Graphip driver issue

A few days ago I got a notification from "Dell update" about important driver update.
One was The video driver Intel HD Graphics 22.20.16.4771, A12 for 520 and others.
I installed it and got black screen with some light flashing but nothing to do.
I had to do many restarts before I for some reason got a "normal" screen and was able to reinstall the old driver 21.20.16.4627 - every thing worked and no problems.
Once again I installed the new driver and again black screen. Even when I sometimes got a "normal" screen - when the pc went to Sleep I got black screen - so I had to go back to the old driver and keep it.
There must be a bug in the new driver so I will keep the old one until a new one comes without problems.
It is not easy to get through to Dell to tell about the problem, so I hope they maybe will see this.
