I cant take off the screw to replace the main memory (under the keyboard)?

How come it is impossible for me to unscrew it ?? Anybody has  a tip? I got a new memory but could not upgrade. ( original is 256 one dim and I want to insert 2 512 memory) Please help me out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:smileymad:

I actually had a hard time unscrewing one screw on the bottom on the 700m. One came off nice, while the other one was a pain. I actually stripped the head, and want a new one. Is it possible to get a new screw from dell? Probably lame, one screw, probably pick one up at Home Depot, lol. Anyway, yeah, try to get a screw driver that fits well. If you start to strip the screw head (destroy the grooves), then try a flat head. That is what I had to end up using.
