How to reset fingerprint on Dell XPS 9365 2-in-1?
I'm attempting to reset the Fingerprint via Microsoft Windows 10 Hello. If I click "remove" in the Windows Hello setup, nothing appears to happen.
It appears this unit uses a Synaptics VFS7552 fingerprint. I know other OEM platforms that use the same fingerprint reader as a Match-on-senor. As far as I can, this version is Match-on-System.
I know with other OEM platforms, there is an option in the BIOS to reset fingerprint.
Any suggestions how to fully reset on Dell unit?

Since the Creator's Update made the infrared camera active, I no longer use fingerprints. But I thought there was a way to unwind those settings from the Settings-Accounts-Sign in Options.
If there isn't a way to reset it, you may need to unwind Windows Hello back to the beginning. There may be some folks who know how to use tmp.msc to reset but I have no experience.

You meant tpm.msc, right? I'll look into it.
I did reset Windows 10 and the platform indicated TPM was reset\cleared. Same issue
