Easy, just search the web for TouchFreeze. Here's one site:

Touchfreeze Wow Thanks.
Since I prefer using a mouse instead of touchpad, and since Fn+F3 does not do the trick under Windows 8.1, I looked for a solution to freeze the touchpad.
Simple and .... it works!!

Easiest solution is to install the free TouchFreeze program. This ad-in shuts down the pad when you begin typing, and re-enables it when you stop. It works good for most laptops.

Did you try FN/F3? That works on my Vostro 3560.

yes i have tried many times . FN doesn't respond anything and F3 say "The specified text is not a valid building block name". i can't understand the meaning of this statement.

FN/F3 means you hold down the FN key while pressing the F3 key.
I can't say if that works on your laptop, but it does on mine which is a Vostra 3560.

Great! The amazing thing is that this utility hasn't been updated for at least 5 years, and it still works with almost every laptop.
