How to format and install windows 7 again?

How do I format my c:\ and re-install windows 7 again? I did not get any cd/dvd when I bought my laptop. My details: Laptop: Inspiron 15r OS: Windows 7 Home Basic (64-Bit) Note: I used to do it every 4-5 months when I had my desktop and windows xp cd. Regards, THAKKAR
